Returns & Exchanges

At Honeydew, we want you to love your new look; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
